Traveling in Peru requires flexibility, patience, broad-mindedness, good humor and an understanding that changes may be made without notice due to circumstances or occurrences beyond our control, for example, a strike, protest, landslide, bad weather, etc.

 

• Prepayment required to secure reservation.

• Availability may change between the time of your information request and the time of your payment. Reduce this time to make sure to have availability on our tour.

• The tour is not changeable or refundable,

• The service offered is a shared tour (group)

• The order of the excursions may vary depending on weather conditions, river level, arrival or departure time, or any other relevant reason.

• Credit card payments (or link) apply 5% extra of the payment gateway entity (Niubiz-Vendemas o Niubiz).

• We are not responsible for objects lost due to carelessness of the participants or theft or damage caused by fortuitous events.

• Price does not include 18% IGV. If you require an invoice, you will be asked to pay the IGV of 18%.

• In the event of a protest or strike (which is not uncommon in Cusco), it may be necessary to leave a day or even two days earlier or later than scheduled so that we are able to comply with other services. In this case, there may be an additional fee, depending on the situation.

Acceptation of the assumption of risk:

“By buying a tour, i am a voluntary participant in these activities. I understand that during the course of the tour, certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in remote places without medical facilities and the forces of nature. I agree to assume all risks associated with the tour and agree that The Traveller Agency, its employees or agents will not be held liable in respect to death, injuries, or illness, for any loss or damage to my property. Also, I agree to respect the wildlife that dwells in the areas we will be visiting and respect the customs of the local people in terms of preservation and conservation of the natural habitats in the environment. I am obligated to accept the advice that the guide gives me and I agree to behave in the best interest of the safety of the group.”

 

Travel Insurance :

You must have your own travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses (including rescue and air ambulance) and emergency repatriation. We also recommend that it covers cancellations and loss of luggage.
