How many weeks should I plan to visit Peru?

Peru is a huge country, and the travel time between cities has to be taken into account. It is easy to exceed 6/8 hours of travel to move between cities.

Your trip to plan is at least two weeks, up to 2 months! (or more)

We carried out a large survey from November 15 to 27, 2021, with 609 travelers who had visited Peru.

We asked them how long they stayed in Peru and how they would rate their travel experience there.

Respondents to our survey stayed an average of 30 days in Peru.

Satisfaction according to length of stay:

• 6% of respondents traveled less than 2 weeks, they gave an average comment : "To short"

• 17% of respondents traveled 3 weeks, they gave an average comment : "Good but we are tired"

• 24% of respondents traveled month, they gave an average comment : "Good time"

• 35% of respondents traveled between 1 months and 2 months, they gave an average comment : "Enought time"

• 17% of respondents have traveled for more than 2 months, they gave an average comment : "We visited Bolivia"
